After reading Awakening, I was left with a feeling of wanting more, that there was a certain something missing. I could tell she was a good writer, but it was lacking a few things that I look for in a good book. So I decided to open up book two and give it a shot.

Now that’s what I am talking about!

Everything that was missing from the first book was there, the violence, the danger, the blood and gore, “the wait it’s over already….I need to know what happens next”. Awakening 2 brought the series up to a whole new level.

Jeanie Grey created a great couple who the reader will care about in book 1, then in book 2 she gives the reader a reason to worry.

This is now a story that I definitely need to follow to its conclusion.
